My heart fills with dread at the thought of inflicting et another angsty post on my faithful readers. Oh well, sucks to be you.

The 10th of September will mark one year of being single. That includes either nine or twelve rejections, only one of which followed a date.

A few weeks ago I tried to remember all those girls' names so that I could get an accurate count. Couldn't remember more than five. That's an interesting observaton. Wonder what it could mean.

My mother's been getting me excited to go to college by saying that there will be girls there. Yes. True. Five thousand freshman girls. The mind waters. But I've had no luck this summer, because all the girls at work live on the Eastside, an area I've sworn to stay out of at all costs.

Yesterday (25-May-2006) was my grandmother's ONE HUNDREDTH BIRTHDAY! It's not like she reads this or anything, I just wanted to broadcast that. It's pretty cool, isn't it?

Oh, and I think it's kind of fun to hit on random girls whom I know I'll never see again.

Today I met [name removed] and her friend [name removed] from Overlake School. A fast phonebook search (using Google: rphonebook:[name removed], wa) gives [name removed]'s phone number, though I'll never use it. Perhaps I might, to see if either of them have LJ. I didn't get [name removed]'s last name.

I went to Marie's house yesterday and had dinner. Her grandparents are nice people. More later.

My dad is having surgery (to remove a probably non-cancerous growth in his neck) from 7:45A to 11:45A today. I have to be at home or provide all my own transportation until next Wednesday or so. I was intending to ask a girl out today, but that's down the drain for now since I definitely have to be at home on Friday evening. :(
